Items with a factory defect are returnable. You must report the factory defect within 7 days of receipt of the item by contacting us by telephone or email to obtain an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. The merchandise returned must be sent with a tracking number. If the item is returned to us and deemed to be defective, you may get a refund of the purchase price, plus shipping or if you so chose we can send you a replacement and we will pay the shipping to your door.

If an item is properly returned as described in the paragraph above, and found not to be defective, it will be returned to the purchaser.

You may return certain new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery if you contact us by telephone or email and get an RMA number. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Due to the nature of medical products and supplies, in order to prevent cross-contamination and infection, most items are not returnable except for factory defects. All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification or prior approval will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will become the property of Braces, Bandages, & Beyond.
